The World Architecture Festival is one of the most prestigious global architecture events, recognizing outstanding architectural projects and innovative design approaches from across the world.
Located within the industrial area of Makarpura GIDC in Vadodara, the project demonstrates how a compact office space can be transformed into a dynamic and efficient workplace environment. Designed within a footprint of less than 3000 sq. ft., the office focuses on maximizing spatial efficiency while reflecting the technological and industrial identity of the company.
The design concept emphasizes clarity, functionality, and strong visual identity, creating a workspace that supports productivity while maintaining a contemporary corporate character. The interior layout is organized to allow smooth circulation between reception, workstations, meeting areas, and management cabins, ensuring efficient use of the limited space.
Material selection and interior detailing reflect the industrial nature of the client’s business, combining clean lines, durable materials, and carefully designed lighting to create a professional and inspiring work environment. The workspace integrates open planning with well-defined zones that encourage collaboration while maintaining functional separation where required.
Despite its compact size, the office incorporates thoughtful design elements that enhance the quality of the workplace, including optimized daylight, efficient planning, and carefully curated interior finishes that reinforce the brand identity of Doshi Technologies.
The World Architecture Festival 2024 nomination highlights the project as a strong example of contemporary commercial interior design from India, demonstrating how thoughtful architectural planning can transform small office environments into inspiring and highly functional workspaces.
