The design intent focuses on transforming the existing club infrastructure into a dynamic, contemporary hospitality hub, inspired by international benchmarks such as Hyatt Centric, while remaining deeply rooted in regional context. Guided by AAA’s “Glocal” philosophy, the architectural and interior language balances global standards of luxury and service with locally sourced materials, climate-responsive strategies, and contextual planning. This approach ensures that the project is not only aspirational but also sustainable and culturally relevant.
At the core of the design lies an emphasis on experiential living. The spatial narrative is organized through a layered planning strategy that carefully transitions between vibrant social zones and quieter, contemplative environments. Public-facing areas such as arrival plazas, lounges, fine-dining restaurants, and banquet spaces are designed to be visually open and inviting, encouraging social exchange and community gatherings.
